In the dormant stage, the kundalini force resides at the base of the spine. I remembered the feeling when kundalini activates in my case the lava heat sensation of like nuclear electromagnetic energy started to rise from the base of the spine to the top of the head and high-frequency sounds like thousand of waterfalls occurred and lasted at least 25 minutes.
It was so strong sensation and experience which shakes the core of my being I know nothing in that moments about kundalini force which becomes activated. From later research, I acknowledged what happens.
Some sources say that kundalini activating can be very dangerous for someone who knows nothing about what happening in particular moments.
I had not the Yoga teacher or gone through that practice it happens spontaneously.
That was an experience to remember throughout all my life.

I didn’t know either, but because of my lack of background I was able to speak to the energy and it would “speak” back. I learned a lot this way, some in line with what others say, some in variance from what others have said. I have found my inner guidance has helped me more than any expert. It turns us into instant yogis, and that’s hard for some to realize or believe. So glad you are on board!
