Meditation is Spirit regeneration

In beginning meditation must last at least 20 minutes to half hour, imagine household which is never cleared and rearranged it is in mess and dirty things are inside its space.

Consider meditation as regeneration of Spirit so at first your Spirit is healing inside in heavy ways and you will deal with trauma and pain.

Best way is to do meditation in comfortable surroundings with daylight or in evening in bedroom with light turned on.

Normal breathing without trying to control breath and leaving the thoughts to flow free not attaching to emotions that may occur just be observer of the process.

If you are doing meditation before sleeping that’s fine regeneration of Spirit will last trough all the night.

When you become experienced meditator you will need only 5 to 7 minutes in the evening to meditate to clean up your Spirit 24 hours in advance.
