Why war is needed?

Is there a need for humans to constantly create a mess in the world including battles and wars?
Does war have a purpose and good reason to be battled? Does someone or the world system have more significant benefits from wars?

Maybe wars are not only on earth maybe wars are battled in the entire universe and spiritual world.

It seems for my own reasoning that war is necessary for maintaining the balance in the government system and changes in economic structures. Maybe the life of civilians in the war zone who ends up killed is less worth it than the life of pets in households in the state in which citizens live in peace and wealth. Does someone calculate the budget as a project for war maybe everything is precisely planned in detail?

The question is are there plans from the government on how and when to stop the war in some countries, do they decide the precise dates when some wars must be ended and hold details about that in secrecy?

Are the cost of balance and some longer periods of stability must be undertaken by periods of destructive wars or maybe there are some other alternative ways to maintain the stability of the system and survival of civilization which is less destructive?
Is the bloody psychological and spiritual program of sacrifice so rooted in the entire universe that there is no better alternative that can in a constructive and less suffer-driven way ensure survival on greater levels?

Is the concept of great sacrifice and suffering of the savior a big lie cast by religions to deceive the naive masses written in other words psychological and spiritual program rooted in spirits and minds causes destructive behaviors.
